How to use the extremely simple, and straightforward DearTenants system, and ways to maximise use of this remarkable service.

HOW DO I JOIN?

If you are a landloard, simply fill out the one page form, and you will be off, and running within minutes.

Tenants opt in to receive messages by texting the apartment's handle, and their own apartment number to the number provided by the location. It takes just a few seconds, and you are ready to receive notifications almost immediately.

You will see signs like this posted at all participating locations.


HOW DO I STOP RECEIVING MESSAGES?

To stop receiving messages, simply text the word STOP, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to the same number.

You can always login to your super simple account page, and do it from there, as well as well manage your preferences.


I FORGOT MY LOGIN?

Once in a while all of us forget our login information to one of the many services, and sites we use these days. Just text the word "LOGIN" to any of our numbers from the phone you used to join. You can also call us at (424)-274-8732. We are always here to help.


WHAT IS THE "CHECK ON" SERVICE?

If you live alone, are elderley, or have a medical condition, and you want someone to check up on you everyday, or some days a week, simply select the days, and the time you want the system to check up on you.

We will call you automatically, and ask you to PRESS 1 (ONE) on your phone. If you do not answer your phone, or cannot press the key, the system will CALL, and TEXT your emergency contact person.

If you have requested so, the system will notify the management at your apartment complex, and then notify emergency services if you have selected that option.

This is a free service provided by your apartment complex because they chose to use our services.
